Board Remuneration Survey 2020
On 14th October 2020, Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD) and Talentnet-Mercer have launched the Board Remuneration Survey 2020 addressing the remuneration data and practices for Board members and Senior Executives in Vietnam.
Board Remuneration has become a hot topic recently attracting great attention from Vietnamese companies’ directors. An adequate remuneration scheme will help to attract and retain talents, especially when the demand for recruiting independent directors is increasing. Therefore, this survey aims to help the organisations to gain more up-to-date compensation and benefits data and practices of board members and senior executives for a professional board remuneration system.
