This publication is a collaborative effort between the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), with support from the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>At the event, VIOD, as the technical partner for CG assessments in ASEAN, provided an overview of regional CG practices, positioning Vietnam within this broader landscape. Through our analysis and assessment, the manual is recognized as an essential tool to help businesses establish practical, well-structured CG regulations aligned with best practices.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>Mr. Vu Chi Dung, representing the SSC, remarked: &#8220;Over the past 15 years, Vietnam\u2019s CG regulations have undergone significant changes, marked by the introduction of the 2019 Securities Law, the 2020 Enterprise Law, and the G20\/OECD 2023 CG Principles. The 2025 edition, with its updated regulations, practices, and international insights, will serve as a valuable resource for business leaders in implementing and enhancing CG\u201d. Additionally, Mr. Andri Meier, representing the Swiss Embassy in Vietnam, emphasized that strong CG enhances business resilience, attracts investment, and plays a crucial role in helping Vietnam avoid the middle-income trap while ensuring sustainable economic growth.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<br>VIOD will remain committed to analyzing, assessing, and providing practical guidance on the effective
