Much has been mentioned about the elements <strong>E<\/strong> (Environment) and <strong>G<\/strong> (Governance); however, the element <strong>S<\/strong> (Social) has not yet been truly emphasized. For listed companies, the \u201cS\u201d is reflected in diversity, equity, and inclusion, specifically through the participation of female BOD members. They are the key to improving the quality of decision-making, risk governance, and promoting innovation and creativity within enterprises.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was even more evident through the profound sharing of international experts from Bangladesh and Malaysia, together with a lively panel discussion featuring top business leaders in Vietnam. The practical stories and valuable experiences from the speakers emphasized the indispensable role of women in building effective and sustainable BODs, contributing to a transparent business environment and long-term development.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-carousel stk-block-carousel stk--is-slide stk--arrows-justify-space-between stk--arrows-align-center stk-block
