Bà Hà Thu Thanh là Chủ tịch HĐTV và là một trong những người sáng lập của Deloitte Việt Nam – hãng tư vấn chuyên ngành và kiểm toán lớn nhất trên thế giới và tại Việt Nam, với hơn 40 năm kinh nghiệm, bao gồm 32 năm làm việc tại Deloitte Việt Nam trong đó có 24 năm đảm nhiệm vị trí lãnh đạo. Bên cạnh đó, Bà cũng có 8 năm làm việc tại Bộ Tài Chính trong vai trò là người làm chính sách về kế toán, kiểm toán.
Bà Thanh là Chủ tịch Viện Thành viên Hội đồng Quản trị (VIOD) kể từ khi VIOD được thành lập vào năm 2018. Bên cạnh vai trò lãnh đạo tại Deloitte Việt Nam & VIOD bà Thanh được đánh giá cao về những đóng góp to lớn và tiên phong trong việc phát triển nghề kế toán, kiểm toán, thúc đẩy quyền năng phụ nữ và tư duy lãnh đạo thông qua những vai trò chủ chốt trong một số hiệp hội và tổ chức nghề nghiệp. Trong những năm gần đây, Bà Thanh cũng là chuyên gia cao cấp trong lĩnh vực quản trị công ty, tư vấn về phát triển bền vững (ESG) cho cộng đồng doanh nghiệp xã hội và doanh nghiệp tư nhân tại Việt Nam.

Bà Thanh là một trong “50 phụ nữ có ảnh hưởng tại Việt Nam” được bình chọn bởi Forbes và vinh dự nhận giải thưởng “Doanh nhân xuất sắc Châu Á Thái Bình Dương” năm 2017 & 2019 do Enterprise Asia tổ chức.

Ông Dong đã làm việc tại thị trường châu Á trong 25 năm, với 6 năm làm việc tại GE Capital ở Tokyo phụ trách lãnh đạo mảng kinh doanh đầu tư nợ xấu, 8 năm tại Hồng Kông phụ trách mảng tư vấn đầu tư tài chính trong trường hợp khủng hoảng toàn cầu cho AIG Investments, sau đó gia nhập đội ngũ IFC và dẫn dắt nhóm đầu tư kinh doanh nợ xấu tại châu Á. Trước khi làm việc tại châu Á, ông Darryl có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại rất nhiều định chế tài chính và các nhóm tái cấu trúc/ tái cơ cấu tại Mỹ.

Ông tốt nghiệp Kỹ sư dân dụng tại trường Đại học British Columbia, Vancouver và có bằng Thạc sỹ Quản trị Kinh doanh chuyên ngành Quản lý dự án/ Xây dựng và Tài chính của trường Golden Gate University, San Francisco.

Bà Phạm Thị Ngọc Thủy đã giữ vị trí Giám đốc của Công ty TNHH Diễn đàn Kinh tế Việt Nam từ tháng 11 năm 2017. Đây là một doanh nghiệp xã hội phi lợi nhuận chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện tất cả các nhiệm vụ và hoạt động của Ban Nghiên cứu Phát triển kinh tế tư nhân (Ban IV, một trong các Ban của Hội đồng tư vấn cải cách Thủ tục hành chính của Thủ tướng Chính phủ,).

Bà phụ trách giám sát các hoạt động nghiên cứu, thu thập ý kiến của Khu vực Tư nhân trong một số lĩnh vực kinh tế chủ chốt để thúc đẩy đối thoại cấp cao giữa khu vực công và tư tại Diễn đàn Kinh tế Việt Nam (ViEF). Đồng thời, bà cũng chịu trách nhiệm phối hợp các cuộc thảo luận, đánh giá định kỳ về hiệu quả của các cải cách chính sách tại các Bộ và địa phương liên quan đến môi trường kinh doanh và đầu tư để giúp Ban IV và Hội đồng tư vấn kiến nghị một số đề xuất cho Chính Phủ nhằm hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp và nền kinh tế.

Với gần 20 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong cả khu vực công và tư, đặc biệt với những vai trò và vị trí lãnh đạo hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế tư nhân ở Việt Nam. Bà Thủy có tầm nhìn chiến lược và khả năng phân tích, được cộng đồng các doanh nghiệp tư nhân ở Việt Nam đánh giá cao cũng như được sự công nhận từ phía các nhà lãnh đạo khu vực công, các nhà đầu tư trong nước cũng như các tổ chức quốc tế uy tín tại Việt Nam (bao gồm nhiều đại sứ quán, UNDP, USAID, Ngân hàng Thế giới, IFC, ADB, GIZ, TAF...).

Ông Thịnh là Giám đốc điều hành và là thành viên HĐQT công ty Dynam Capital, công ty hiện đang quản lý quỹ Vietnam Holding (VNH), một quỹ đầu tư đang được niêm yết trên thị trường chứng khoán London AIM. Ông có hơn 25 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản lý đầu tư và tư vấn quản trị. Trước khi làm việc tại Dynam Capital, ông Thịnh là CEO và Phó Chủ tịch Hội đồng quản trị của Công ty Quản lý Quỹ đầu tư Vietnam Holding (VNHAM), đồng thời là Chủ tịch Ủy Ban Môi trường, Xã Hội và Quản trị của công ty (ESG).

Trước khi tham gia vào điều hành VNHAM, ông Thịnh là Giám đốc Điều hành của một công ty quản lý quỹ của Việt Nam, Giám đốc Điều hành của Công ty tư vấn Quản lý MCG, và là Trưởng Bộ phận tư vấn quản lý của KPMG Việt Nam. Ngoài việc tham gia làm thành viên Hội đồng Quản trị của một số công ty niêm yết và công ty tư nhân tại Việt nam, ông Thịnh còn giảng dạy các Chương trình quản trị cho lãnh đạo tại Khoa Quản trị Kinh doanh Đại học Quốc Gia, Viện Quản trị Kinh doanh Đại học FPT và Trường Doanh nhân PACE. Ông tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Toán kinh tế, Đại học Kinh tế Quốc dân Hà Nội và Thạc sĩ Quản trị kinh doanh, Đại học Washington tại Hoa Kỳ.

Madame Ha Thu Thanh serves as the Chairperson of VIOD Board of Directors and is also Vice Chair of the Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD). She is a legal certified with specialized expertise in the field of Corporate Governance.

Mrs. Thanh is the Chairperson of VIOD since its establishment in 2018. Apart from her leadership role at Deloitte Vietnam and VIOD, she is highly regarded for her significant contributions and pioneering efforts in the development of the accounting and auditing profession, promoting women's empowerment, and leadership through key roles in various professional associations and organizations. In recent years, Mrs. Thanh has become a senior expert in the field of corporate governance and provides consultancy on sustainable development (ESG) for the social business community and private enterprises in Vietnam.

Mrs. Thanh has been recognized as one of the "50 Influential Women in Vietnam" by Forbes and has been honored with the "Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Asia-Pacific" award in 2017 and 2019 by Enterprise Asia.

Mr. Dong has spent 25 years working in the Asian market, with 6 years at GE Capital in Tokyo, where he led the non-performing loan investment business. He then spent 8 years in Hong Kong, focusing on financial advisory work in the midst of the global financial crisis for AIG Investments. Afterward, he joined the IFC team and led the non-performing loan investment business in Asia. Before his work in Asia, Mr. Darryl had experience in various financial institutions and restructuring/reorganization groups in the United States.

He graduated as a Civil Engineer from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Project Management/Construction and Finance from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.

Mrs. Pham Thi Ngoc Thuy has been the Director of the Vietnam Economic Forum Company Limited since November 2017. This is a non-profit social enterprise responsible for carrying out all the tasks and activities of the Research Committee for Private Economic Development (Committee IV, one of the Committees of the Administrative Procedure Reform Advisory Council of the Prime Minister).

She is responsible for supervising research activities, collecting the opinions of the Private Sector in several key economic areas to promote high-level dialogue between the public and private sectors at the Vietnam Economic Forum (ViEF). Additionally, she is responsible for coordinating periodic discussions and evaluations on the effectiveness of policy reforms in various ministries and localities related to the business and investment environment. This helps Committee IV and the Advisory Council propose recommendations to the Government to support businesses and the economy.

With nearly 20 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors, especially in top leadership roles in promoting private economic development in Vietnam, Mrs. Thuy possesses strategic vision and analytical capabilities. She is highly regarded by the private business community in Vietnam and has received recognition from public sector leaders, domestic investors, and reputable international organizations in Vietnam (including many embassies, UNDP, USAID, the World Bank, IFC, ADB, GIZ, TAF, and more).

Managing Director - Dynam Capital

Mr. Vu Quang Thinh is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Dynam Capital, a company that currently manages the Vietnam Holding Fund (VNH), a listed investment fund on the London AIM stock market. He has over 25 years of experience in investment management and governance consulting.

Prior to working at Dynam Capital, Mr. Thinh was the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Holding Asset Management (VNHAM), as well as the Chairman of the Environment, Social, and Governance Committee of the company (ESG).

Before his role at VNHAM, Mr. Thinh served as the CEO of a fund management company in Vietnam, the CEO of MCG Management Consulting Company, and the Head of the Management Consulting Department at KPMG Vietnam. In addition to being a board member of several listed companies and private enterprises in Vietnam, he also teaches management programs for executives at the National Economics University, FPT University, and PACE Business School, with a focus on business management.

Mr. Thinh holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National Economics University and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Washington in the United States.

Mr. Dominic Scriven, Chairman of Dragon Capital Group, is a seasoned financial professional with a reputable track record. Prior to establishing the company in 1994, he worked in the financial markets of London and Hong Kong. Currently serving on the boards of several listed companies, Mr. Scriven has actively contributed to promoting effective corporate governance and sustainable development in the Vietnamese financial market.

As a British national with fluent Vietnamese, Mr. Scriven was honored with the OBE (Order of the British Empire) by Queen Elizabeth II in 2006 and the Labor Order by the President of Vietnam in 2014. He graduated from the University of Exeter with dual degrees in Law and Sociology and spent two years studying Vietnamese at the Hanoi University.

With extensive experience and a broad range of knowledge, Mr. Scriven is not only an outstanding investor and financial manager but also a proactive contributor to the development and enhancement of corporate governance standards in Vietnam.

Mr. Pham Nhu Anh currently serves as the CEO of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB Bank). Born in 1980, he holds a Master's degree from the UBI Business School in Belgium and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Da Nang.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial and banking industry, Mr. Pham Nhu Anh has held various specialized and managerial positions at MB Bank, including Branch Director, Department Director, and Executive Board Member. In April 2023, he was entrusted with the responsibility of CEO at MB Bank, a testament to the trust placed in his leadership capabilities by the Board of Directors. The appointment reflects confidence in the young leadership at MB.

Mr. Pham Nhu Anh, with his solid professional competence and extensive experience in the financial and banking sector, is expected to lead MB Bank in achieving its strategic goals for the 2022-2026 period. He is anticipated to contribute to MB's ambition of becoming one of the "Top 3 efficient banks in the market, aiming for a leading position in Asia" and realizing the vision of becoming "A digital enterprise and a leading financial conglomerate".

With over 30 years of experience in the financial and banking industry, he has held key positions such as CFO and CEO at Hana Bank (the second-largest bank in South Korea) and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Hana Financial Group in South Korea. Over nearly three decades, he led Hana Bank through comprehensive innovation and robust development, integrating it into the league of the largest banks in South Korea and expanding its international presence.

At Hana Financial Group, he led the acquisition of Seoul Bank in 2002, positioning Hana Bank as part of the largest banking group in South Korea. In 2012, under his direction, Hana Bank acquired over 51% of the capital of Korea Exchange Bank (KEB) from the Lone Star Fund (USA). The transaction was completed in 2015, elevating Hana Bank's total assets to over USD 240 billion and establishing it as the top South Korean bank in terms of international network, with 137 branches in 24 countries. Additionally, he directed the successful implementation of various international projects for Hana Bank in markets such as Indonesia, China, the United States, and Vietnam.

As the Chairperson of HDBank's Board of Directors, he possesses extensive knowledge of the Vietnamese market, having played a leading role in the negotiations that resulted in Hana Bank becoming a strategic shareholder with a 15% stake in the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) in 2019. After leaving Hana in 2019, he was invited by reputable financial institutions to serve as an advisor. Currently, he also serves as an Independent Board Member of SK Inc. Group, one of the largest conglomerates in South Korea.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, USA, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
