The Audit Committee Master Program (ACMP) is organized by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD) with the technical support of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), in collaboration with PwC Vietnam, and aligns with the standards of Institutes of Directors worldwide.

The program is tailored to the Vietnamese corporate context, aiming to support companies in establishing and operating Audit Committees (ACs) in line with leading corporate governance practices both in Vietnam and internationally.

Delivered in an in-person format, the program provides participants with the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions on the structure, functions, powers, and duties of the Audit Committee under current legal regulations, including relevant laws, decrees, and implementing guidelines. In addition, the program shares practical experiences from leading Vietnamese companies, enabling participants to apply the Audit Committee model effectively within their organizations.
