From September 10–12, 2025, VIOD joins global events on advancing corporate governance and board leadership under the theme “Boards in an Intelligence-Led Era”. Co-hosted by the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) and the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), the program brings together Board Members from over 40 countries. The VIOD delegation, led by Chairperson Ha Thu Thanh, will attend all 3 flagship events:
GNDI Meeting – where leaders of director institutes exchange perspectives and shape a common vision
Global Directors Exchange – a platform for dialogue on board leadership in the intelligence-led era
SID Directors Conference – the annual event with 800 board-level leaders
The program addresses challenges reshaping boardrooms: geopolitical shifts, cybersecurity, AI, and sustainability. Through expert insights, dialogue, and networking, participants gain practical solutions, build trusted global connections, and commit to sustainable growth.
VIOD’s participation reinforces our role in advancing corporate governance in Vietnam and connects Vietnamese directors with global trends and networks.
