OVERVIEW

Chuyên sâu về Quản trị rủi ro và Kiểm soát nội bộ (ACMP) được Viện Thành viên Hội đồng Quản trị Việt Nam (VIOD) triển khai với sự hỗ trợ kỹ thuật của Tổ chức Tài chính Quốc tế (IFC), hợp tác cùng PwC Việt Nam, đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn của các Viện Thành viên Hội đồng Quản trị trên thế giới.

The program is tailored to the Vietnamese corporate context to help companies implement an Audit Committee (AC) model aligned with leading corporate governance practices in Vietnam and internationally. Delivered in an in-person format, it offers participants the opportunity to discuss in detail the AC’s structure, functions, powers, and responsibilities under current laws and regulations, including implementing guidance and relevant decrees. The program also shares practical best practices from leading Vietnamese enterprises to help participants effectively adopt the AC model within their organizations.
