The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) is a tool of the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF), launched in 2011 to enhance governance standards for listed companies in the region. The results of the latest assessment in 2024 were announced at the ASEAN Corporate Governance Conference and Awards Ceremony 2025, which took place on 24 July 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with VIOD attending as the technical partner representing Vietnam.

In order to update the latest information and perspectives from the ASEAN Corporate Governance Conference and Awards Ceremony 2025 to the member community, VIOD launched a series of in-depth sharing with the topic: “Reviewing the ACGS 2024 assessment: What actions should Vietnamese listed companies take?”. The opening of the sharing series is the Member Networking event in August 2025: “ACGS 2024 Assessment: Opportunities and Gaps for Vietnamese Enterprises” with the direct participation of Ms. Ha Thu Thanh – Chairwoman of VIOD and representatives of Top 5 Vietnamese enterprises in the ACGS 2024 assessment period.

This is an opportunity for members of the CMP, IMP and DCP, ACMP, CSMP Alumni networks to gather, and also an opportunity to interact with members attending the DCP35 course. Within the framework of the event, VIOD also respectfully organized the DCP, ACMP and CSMP Certificate Awarding Ceremony to honor members who have successfully completed training programs in the past time.
