On the second day of the global corporate governance event in Singapore, the discussions continued to open new perspectives on the role and responsibilities of Boards of Directors in the era of intelligence. The sessions focused on key topics such as: responsible AI governance, building capacities for future BoDs, differences in governance practices across regions, as well as climate transition and sustainable development.
Representing VIOD, Ms. Nguyễn Thùy Linh – Head of Training, joined more than 60 international leaders and experts to exchange, learn, and share practical experiences from Vietnam. In particular, the experiential journey at the Singapore Oceanarium offered an opportunity for direct discussions on nature-based solutions, helping board members gain deeper insights into transforming ESG commitments into concrete and effective actions.
The lessons and experiences gained here will become valuable resources for VIOD to continue accompanying Vietnamese businesses, supporting board members to gradually raise governance standards, and be ready to adapt to global changes.
