The Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), a member of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI), is an independent professional organization operating with technical support from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and funding from the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). Its mission is to promote the adoption of best practices and standards in Corporate Governance (CG) for Vietnamese enterprises.
