The Audit Committee Master Program (ACMP) is developed by the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD) with technical support from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and meets the standards applied by institutes of directors worldwide.

The program is tailored to the Vietnamese corporate context to help companies implement an Audit Committee (AC) model aligned with leading corporate governance practices in Vietnam and internationally. Delivered in an in-person format, it offers participants the opportunity to discuss in detail the AC’s structure, functions, powers, and responsibilities under current laws and regulations, including implementing guidance and relevant decrees. The program also shares practical best practices from leading Vietnamese enterprises to help participants effectively adopt the AC model within their organizations.
